  28. FOCAL POINT II DAILY APPOINTMENT TRANSFERS
  29. Transferring appointments from Focal Point II to the Wizard erases all appointments (but not Anniversary settings) in the Wizard.  This assures a clean slate each time you transfer to the Wizard.

You will be prompted for the number of WEEKS of Focal Point II appointments and alarms you wish to transfer to the Wizard.  Items in the Monthly Reminder fields are posted to the Wizard's schedule without any time attached, while all appoint-ments and associated alarms are assigned to their proper times in the Wizard.

When transferring appointments from the Wizard to Focal Point II, appointments stored in the Wizard overwrite entries in Focal Point II.  But if new entries have been made to Focal Point II in time slots other than those stored in the Wizard, those new entries will not be erased when data is imported from the Wizard.

  35. Evening Focal Point II appointments are automatically posted to the 8:00 PM time slot on the Wizard.
